How to maintain non-stick pan

Non-stick pans are loved and used by more and more people because of their features such as frying, stir-frying, and easy cleaning. In order to prolong pan’s service life, we must pay attentiontomaintenance when using non-stick pans. So how should non-stick pans be maintained? Let's take everyone to find out.

1. Maintain should be done before first use. Before using it for the first time, remove the label, rinse it with clean water and dry it, smear a thin layer of cooking oil (except butter and lard) for maintenance, and then wash it before using it.

2. Avoid using sharp shovels. Use heat-resistant nylon, plastic or wooden spatulas when cooking, and avoid sharp spatulas or metal utensils from damaging the nonstick surface.

3. Use medium and low heat to cook. Non-stick kitchen utensils transfer heat evenly, and you only need to use medium to low heat to cook delicious food. When using high heat, there must be food or water in the pot.

4. Avoid using metal balls to scrub.After the non-stick pan is used, wait for the temperature to drop slightly, and then wash it with clean water, instead of washing it with cold water immediately. In case of stubborn stains, use hot water and dish soap to clean with a sponge instead of vigorously scrubbing with a rough emery cloth or metal ball.
